Comitees
OpenLedger’s operational strength is built on the work of its specialized committees — groups of experts, members, and advisors who structure, oversee, and guide our core programs and initiatives. These committees ensure alignment between innovation, impact, and governance, operating as the backbone of our project development model.
Active Committees
Each committee is composed of a lead representative, a deputy, and a flexible group of rotating contributors. Their mission is to support specific domains and programs of the Institute, such as events, scholarships, and ecosystem development.
Below are our current committees:

How Committees Work
Committees are autonomous in design but collaborative in purpose. Each meets in structured cycles and can adapt its composition based on ongoing projects. They are formed by invitation or application, and members may come from within or outside the core team. Most committees operate under a rotating system that encourages diverse expertise while maintaining leadership continuity.
